This 2500 Litre 60 Minute Bunded Fire Protected Oil Tank is manufactured on-site from highly durable material and is ideal for diesel, gas and heating oil storage for both domestic and non-domestic applications. It features an overfill prevention valve, clock gauge and even comes complete with a tank fittings kit. This tank has a serviceable lifespan above 30 years when correctly installed and subjected to regular maintenance, as well as a 10-year warranty once registered for your ultimate peace of mind.

60 minute fire protection

As Tuffa’s fire protected oil tanks serve as a compliant alternative to traditional fire barriers, the integrally fitted 60 minute fire protection system allows you to install this oil tank within an internal space for instances where external installation is impractical. The tank must be installed in an uninhabitable area, such as a garage or outbuilding, at the lowest possible level with a minimum of 300mm distance from internal walls or 600mm where access is required.

Please note although all Tuffa oil tanks are certified by the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and prove compliant with Building Regulations in Britain, it is the responsibility of either the Competent Person installing the tank or the building inspector certifying the installation to ensure a site-specific risk assessment has been conducted.
